Glee: The Music presents The Warblers available April 19, plus listen to “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy”
I know that I’m not the only gleek who wondered why the Glee: The Music, Volume 5 didn’t include any songs from our beloved Dalton Academy Warblers. No “Teenage Dream”? No “Silly Love Songs”? Clearly these were big omissions, but it seems that the folks over at Sony had a better plan up their sleeve.
On April 19, an all-Warblers album titled Glee: The Music presents The Warblers will be hitting shelves everywhere (and you can already pre-order it on Amazon and iTunes), featuring 13 awesome tracks, three of which gleeks haven’t heard yet: Keane’s “Somewhere Only We Know”, Barbra Streisand’s “What Kind of Fool”, and Rod Stewart’s “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy”. The latter two were recorded exclusively for the album, but apparently we’ll be hearing “Somewhere Only We Know” in an upcoming episode. As for “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy”, you don’t have to wait any longer to listen to this hot number, thanks to a release of the song from Perez Hilton earlier today:
And here’s the full tracklist:
1. “Teenage Dream”
2. “Hey Soul Sister”
3. “Bills, Bills, Bills”
4. “Silly Love Songs”
5. “When I Get You Alone”
6. “Animal”
7. “Misery”
8. “Blackbird”
9. “Candles”
10. “Raise Your Glass”
11. “Somewhere Only We Know”
12. “What Kind Of Fool”
13. “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy?”
